LLC coordinates with independent contractors as either hired by the customer or requested of lthi, LLC as needed, such
as plumbers or electricians. Any permits to be covered through customer arrangements with tradesperson.
lthi, LLC requires a minimal trip charge depending on location
and is nonrefundable. Lthi, LLC requires good faith deposit funds necessary to perform each stage of the project and is reasonable
in terms of such.
Although lthi, LLC is the
company, Ryan is a person that customers transact with at ALL times on every aspect of the project. Maybe an occasional voicemail,
